Lady Antebellum serta Lady Gaga rajai perhelatan tahunan Grammy Awards ke-53 tahun 2011. Mereka berdua sukses mendominasi sebagai pemenang mendapatkan piala Grammy.Lady Antebellum sukses memimpin grammy dengan memperoleh empat penghargaan yakni Best Country Album, Best Country Song, Song Of The Year dan Record Of The Year, demikian dikutip Digitalspy, Senin (14/2/2011).
Sedangkan pelantun Poker Face ini berhasil membawa pulang Best Pop Vocal Album melalui 'The Fame Monster' dan Best Female Pop Vocal Performance dengan 'Bad Romance'-nya.
Untuk Best Pop Vocal Album, wanita yang pada penampilannya tadi menggunakan telur raksasa, berhasil mengalahkan Justin Bieber (My World 2.0), Susan Boyle (I Dreamed A Dream), John Mayer (Battle Studies) dan Katy Perry (Teenage Dream).
Sedangkan untuk Best Female Pop Vocal Performance, dia sukses melampaui Sara Bareilles dengan King Of Anything, Beyoncé dengan Halo (Live), Norah Jones dengan Chasing Pirates dan Katy Perry dengan Teenage Dream.
Usher juga telah memegang sebuah penghargaan yaitu Best Contemporary R&B Album dengan 'Raymond V Raymond'. Untuk Best Male Pop Vocal Performance dimenangkan oleh Bruno Mars dengan Just The Way You Are. Sementara itu Rihanna juga berhasil mendapatkan Best Dance Recording dengan Only Girl (In The World).
Eminem tak mau kalah, dia telah memangkan Best Rap Album melalui 'Recovery' mengalahkan B.o.B, Drake, Jay-Z dan The Roots. Nasib bagus tidak berpihak pada Justin Bieber, penyanyi fenomenal ini tidak membawa pulang satu pun penghargaan.
